OurGadgets is an online retailer of laptops and related devices, operating in Nigeria. Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OurGadgets, and “you” refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site.

Product Listings and Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe each product, including its condition (Brand New, Open Box, or Used/Certified Pre-Owned), specifications, and pricing. Photos are representative of the actual unit where stated, and any known cosmetic wear on Used or Open Box units is disclosed on the product page. If an error in a listing is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel the order for a full refund if the correction is not acceptable to you.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are current as of the time of viewing. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you will be charged. Where a Regular Price and Sale Price are both shown, the Sale Price reflects the actual amount payable.

Orders and Payment

An order is not confirmed until payment has been received or, where pay-on-delivery is offered, until the order has been accepted for that method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or unavailability of stock, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed to the exact hour. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Warranty

Eligible laptops are covered by a 1 year warranty against hardware faults arising from normal use, as described on our Shipping and Warranty Policy page. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or liquid damage.

Refunds and Returns

Refund eligibility, timeframes, and conditions are set out in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of OurGadgets or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site’s normal operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurGadgets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products purchased through it, beyond the value of the product itself.
