We currently deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with major cities generally receiving faster delivery than more remote areas.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation for major cities. Other locations may take longer, and an estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch as soon as payment is confirmed, or as soon as a pay-on-delivery order is accepted. Orders placed outside business hours may begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you complete your order. There are no hidden delivery charges added afterward.

Packaging

Laptops are shipped in protective packaging designed to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives with visible packaging damage, please inspect the unit before signing for delivery and contact us immediately if there is any concern.

Pay on Delivery

Where available, pay on delivery allows you to inspect your laptop before completing payment. Availability depends on your location and will be indicated at checkout.

Failed or Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner will attempt to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the laptop has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing an order.
